Sanitary & BPE Spool Manufacturing Capabilities

Unlike our competitors that offer no custom service whatsoever or contract out custom work to local job shops, Steel & O’Brien has the capacity and capability to custom manufacture high-quality, stainless steel spools for sanitary systems as well as BPE spools in small or large quantities.   

We manufacture custom spools in lengths up to 20 feet from 304 and 316L stainless steel, AL6XN, Hastelloy and Alloy 22 with an interior Ra (roughness average) as low as 10 Ra. We offer several surface finishes and multiple end connections for stainless steel pipe spools.

We fabricate custom stainless steel spools in a variety of styles, including:

• John Perry spools
