TOP-FLO pumps are designed to efficiently transfer product over a wide range of head and viscosity conditions. They are suitable for use in CIP (clean-in-place) installations with no dismantling or takedown. Sanitizing of all product contact areas is automatic. Our standard pump/motor offering ranges from 0.5HP up to 10HP, based upon flow requirements.

All motors are: 3-PHASE, 208-230/460VAC – 60HZ

Features:

  • Wetted surfaces are 316L stainless steel with a 32Ra grit polished sanitary finish.
  • Port Connection: Clamp fittings are standard.
  • Power: Supplied by a standard foot-mounted C-face motor in ranges from 0.5HP through 10HP.
  • Type D seal material is carbon rotating on stationary stainless steel backplate. Suitable for dairy, water, beer and vegetable oil.
  • Type DG uses the standard Type D rotating seal components with a reversible silicon carbide seat. Suitable for CIP solution, wine, spirits, wort and deionized water.
  • Elastomers: Buna (D) and FKM (DG)
  • Maximum impeller diameter allowed per housing is standard.
